Better Beginnings Better Futures' vision is to promote and strengthen personal growth focused on the child and the individual uniqueness of all members within the community of Better Beginnings Better Futures. The Sudbury Better Beginnings Better Futures holistic model has child-centered activities in the context of community development and a model of decision-making that emphasizes self management by people actively working in a program. In addition to accessing many of the programs at BBBF, community members are encouraged to assist with the Fournier and Spirit Gardens in the area. The BBBF Community Center is available for many community gatherings, clubs, workshops and reunions. Their most recent Research Report, Better Beginnings Better Futures Grade 12 Follow-up that was released in May 2010 is the first economic analysis of a Canadian early childhood prevention model.
