The Donovan / Elm West Community Action Network is a group of volunteers from the Donovan, Elm West and Little Britain neighbourhoods working to improve the area. Community Action Networks can be described as citizens of all ages representing social, economic and environmental needs coming together from a common geographic area to determine how they can take an active role in improving their community.
