The Sexual Assault Crisis Centre is committed to offering services based on a client-centered approach, and to operating in a non-sexist, non-racist, and non-classist manner, as well as one that does not discriminate on the basis of a person's sexual orientation. Many free services are offered to self-identifying women over the age of 16, who have suffered any kind of sexual abuse and/or assault including free 2-Hour Legal Aid certificates, support groups, workshops, accompaniment and advocacy, assistance with applications and forms, resources and referrals, as well as a 24-hour crisis line. Periodically, self-defence training is offered.
