| Information and Referral |
This program provides information about all ILSM services to people with disabilities, agencies and the general public. People can telephone, write, drop-in, or fax the Centre to request information. | Neil Squire Society Distance Learning Program |
This grouping of four separate programs is based on a small formal peer support format. Courses include Program Overview and Assessments, Personal Wellness, Career Development, and Employment Liaison and Work Experience. |
| Peer Support and Interaction |
This program is based on the philosophy that people in similar situations can be of great benefit to each other. A peer is someone who has directly experienced a disability and who can share their personal stories with others in similar situations. A peer understands and can relate to the feelings and barriers faced by people with disabilities.
